One of the most experienced LSP facilitators at large, Oliver founded Constructive in Shanghai in 2015. Since then, Oliver has been enabling teams and facilitating change all over Asia using a variety of tools including the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method.
Specialising in LEAN and agile project management, business processes and change management, Oliver has built a comprehensive understanding of people, teams and organisations and the nature of business in varied geographic and cultural environments. He spent the last 17 years in Seoul, Tokyo, Shanghai and Bangkok, running projects and driving transformational or incremental change for some of the worlds leading teams and companies in their field.
